Project Goal
The goal was to create a mobile MMA promotion simulator with engaging management systems, public store availability, monetization setup and post-launch support. The app needed to let players act as promoters and matchmakers while managing fighters, events, facilities and long-term progression.
Results
Ultimate Fighting Simulator reached public store availability with a complete management game loop, free-to-download monetization model, in-app purchases, advertising support and post-launch improvement work. Challenge
The product required several connected game systems: fighter scouting, matchmaking, contracts, injuries, career progression, gym and office upgrades, PR, stadium growth, rival promotions, annual awards and hall of fame tracking. These mechanics had to feel understandable on mobile and support a free-to-play model with in-app purchases and advertising.
